Brenda's Hat
By Maria I. Arreola
FROM THE ARTIST: "Brenda’s Hat came to life through 24 Hour Plays Nationals. It was born in a fast-paced whirlwind process that had me stumbling through the Dramatists Guild headquarters and out into Times Square at 4 am (and heading to the New School at 9 am the next day). During the rehearsal process, discoveries were made. Changes occurred that helped make the play what it is today, and so it was very collaborative that way."
